Brunei has its very own matchmaking.com and because I love playing Cupid, I say Way To Go to the Ministry of Culture, Youth & Sports for this pleasant surprise.
There are the customary get-to-know-you-better questions; like what are your interests, your dimensions, your job, your income. You can state your prerequisites for a potential Destiny. And you are also required to state whether you are a) Shy b) Outgoing c) Sociable and d) Quiet. No 'Weirdos', excellent.
So I always try and fix up my family and friends whenever I can. Yes it can be construed as meddlesome, but ultimately, I mean well. As long as you're not scary about it, I say match make all you want. There are no guarantees of course, but we all know life's like that sometimes.
D and J - Zack sounds like a good bet :) Come on girlies, let's play Cupid sistas :) xx

Match-making is good. Anyway, do you know of any decent man who might be interested in getting to know a Kadazan female in the late 30s who works as a Quantity Surveyor? Very pretty one ;-)

Hehehe! I remember G'Ferro telling me about this site some years ago. I think he was the one that built it. I'll try and get some stats off him on how successful this site has been over the years heheh

Hi Bibs, likewise I'm not sure how many people have tried this matchmaking scheme. I would imagine once they "find" the right person according to your preferences, you have to make first contact, and thereupon say No, when you consequently find them to a relation of yours :) xx ps/It would be nice to know if it has worked for some people.

So apparently, according to the selection option under year of birth, its only for people born within 1960 to 1975. Why? Is this age group making up the most of the single individuals percentage nowadays? I'm guessing it is. Thats probably why under Pasangan Idaman, you can choose between 30 to 45 years old only and also whether you choose them to be Bujang, Balu, Janda or Duda.
A good effort although I dont know how far will this thing work here. I mean being Brunei and that everyone is almost always related to eachother, it'll be weird if you found out that your ideal partner is your 2nd cousin in Seria! Hehehe....
