Today I have come to realise that:
- I am a natural fretter (Babs words). I fret. Constantly. About everything. About nothing. Even subconsciously. My mind does not stop. I think I may have to go the Xanax/Prozac way :)
- I should listen to the husband when he says yoga is good. Because it is and it helps with stress and IBS and all the websites say so.
- I tend to believe websites more than I do doctors or the husband.
- I can be an idiot (see above).
- Driving soothes me.
- I should just learn how to fucking relax.
