Quentin Quentin Quentin. 

It started rather well didn't it?  You made characters like Dr Al, Hodges and Ecklie refreshingly different.  George Eads acted his pants off.  And that genuine surprise that came outta no where?  Slick Quentin slick.

Then came the ending that sucked, and you totally robbed George out of an Emmy nod, foo!  Anyhoot.  I gotta go take care the husband.

After Dinner Minty Posts

Well now. dinner turned out better than I expected with Soto Ayam ala Amateur.  I should blog the recipe but couldn't be arsed at the moment as blogging, watching TV and eating chilled grapes at the same time.

Work is getting better.  I am feeling more focused and happy that I do what I do.  Its been a while since I felt this way as I usually spend the day wishing that I had taken up shoe-design as a major. 

But enough about me.

Angeline Jolie adopted an Ethiopian child.  Maddox is a cutie-patootie.  I'm willing to bet my new hot pink heels that Ange is one swell mama. 

Whilst Jen does protest too much against the UN.  A cliche.  No two words about it.

Round whatever to Ms. Jolie methinks.

I wanna post more but CSI is getting very exciting!

Make Poverty History

With The day that rocked the world, Live 8, live at 2pm London time on the 2nd of July 2005 at London's Hyde Park.

There are differing views about this cause as reflected in the celebrity Click ad, and my two cents worth are:

1.  The Click video is beautifully shot in black and white, where each click symbolises the death of a child...every THREE SECONDS.

2. The Toddlers video of children living on the streets of Africa is harrowing to the bone and will make you cry.

3.  Does it matter how awareness is raised?

4.  The world rallying, for what is ultimately a good intention, is better for the karma than war war and war.

5.  In the midst of good intentions stars a display of backstage egos.  O'er.
